Conwy Estuary Nature Reserve near Conwy Castle
Situated at the mouth of the River Conwy the Conwy Estuary Nature Reserve is an ideal location to view the wildlife of the Conwy Estuary in close detail.
The wildlife reserve was constructed as part of the Conwy Tunnel building project in an attempt to preserve the natural wildlife that lives in and visits the Conwy Estuary.
The reserve is operated by the RSPB and affords magnificent views of the Conwy Estuary, mountains of Snowdonia, and Conwy Castle.
The Reserve is located just off the A55 North Wales expressway at Junction 18 and can easily be reached by car. If travelling by rail the nearest station is Llandudno Junction which is approximately 15 minutes walk away.

Opening Times
The nature reserve is open every day except Christmas Day from 9.30am to 5pm.
The coffee shop is open from 10am to 4.30pm except for November through to March when it closes t 4pm.
